The Lodge

Every year my family gets together to spend family time with each other. we go to the red oak lodge at Somerset Beach Camp. its absolutely the BEST place you could go.
The first night: spend time by the fire and unpack and just have fun with our cousins.
that night: kids: talking their ways to sleep or pictochating on DS's.
That morning: mmmmm! the awesome smell of grandma's cinnamon rolls! and eating by the fire.
That afternoon: playing outside on the lake: snow angles, hockey, and sledding down cross hill. Then back inside and sitting by the fire. then playing in the rooms with our cousins.
One night: Talents!!!! each cousin or cousins get to make up a talent and preform it in front of the others.
One Other Night: slides! home videos or old videos of recent or old events that bring back memories.
One Awesome Night: PRESENTS!!! oh Christmas tree! our cousins pass out presents after present after present! We are so Thankful!!
One cool night: family dinner! BIG dinner with a WHOLE BUNCH of food. YUMMY!

im SO excited for the lodge this year, i can hardly stand it! i love my cousins and im so thankful that we get to do this every year after Christmas!!
